POS Partners - a point-of-sale solution provider for the hospitality industry, is rapidly expanding and is looking for a Relationship Manager to service new and existing partners. Our company’s purpose is to increase sales and profits for restaurants, hotels, senior living communities, country clubs, comedy clubs, family entertainment centers, and/or any business that sells food and beverage. Our Relationship Managers support our client partners through installation, training, and maintenance of the custom systems sold by our Business Development Team.

Relationship Managers are specifically responsible for:
  • Attend Business Analysis Meetings to serve as a technical advisor
  • Manage new partner system projects including on-site installation, training, and system go-live service.
  • Service existing accounts needs by analyzing escalated trouble tickets and providing prompt and accurate solutions
  • Nurture partner account list through monthly contact to provide feature training and suggest solution enhancements or product options that maximize partners’ system Return on Investment.
Relationship Managers are required to:
  • Log all activity and service tickets in POS Partners’ company CRM
  • Document and preserve all partner installation and service records
  • Accept and provide prompt follow-through of any assigned task or need
  • Communicate consistently and effectively with partners and POS Partners staff
  • Continuously and actively participate in Team meetings and carry out all company standard operating procedures
Qualified candidates must have
  • Experience with setup, maintenance, and repair of hardware and software components
  • Mechanical and critical thinking troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with SQL database
  • Comprehension of remote access programs and use
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software and Microsoft Office
  • Hospitality industry employment history in some capacity
  • Reliable transportation
  • Personable, energetic and extroverted personality with the ability to moderate stressful situations
  • Heavy preference for Spanish bilingual

This position is considered virtual although most work is accomplished on-site at our partners’ locations. You will be expected to work closely with partners to accomplish their business and operational goals while maintaining the high quality standards and integrity of POS Partners’ solutions.

Pay is Performance Based with continual growth.
